Cancellation Timeline : Cancellations made 28 days or more before the check-in date will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be adjusted for transfer charges. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. Refund Timeline : It will take 15 Days to process the refund amount and credit the amount to the customers account. Rate Validity : The rates quoted are valid for the specified stay dates and the number of rooms requested.
