General Terms & Conditions

1. YatraDham.Org’s Role
• YatraDham.Org is a service provider offering an online booking platform for various yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda centers. Each center may have its own set of rules and regulations, which will be detailed in the Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between the user (the individual who books a package, slot, or season) and YatraDham.org.
  
  
2. Age Limitations
   
• Visitors or participants must be at least 18 years old to book a package or attend any activities at the center.
  
  
3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions
• The details regarding what is included and excluded in each package are clearly mentioned on the booking webpage. These may change due to weather conditions or updates by the respective center. If any facility or service is unavailable, YatraDham.Org will not be held responsible.
  
  
4. Fixed Time Slots for Activities
• All activity time slots are fixed. Any changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or contact details. YatraDham.Org is not responsible for any refunds or reversals in case of such changes. Refunds will depend on the center's policy.
  
  
5. No Refund for Incomplete Slots
• Users are not entitled to a refund if they fail to complete their booked activity or slot.
  
  
6. Changes in Schedule
• The schedule mentioned on the webpage is based on the center routine. However, activities may change or not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances. YatraDham.Org is not liable for such changes or omissions.
  
  
7. Health Conditions and Emergency Information
• Visitors, participants, or customers must inform the center about any health conditions or issues at the time of check-in, including emergency contact details. YatraDham.Org is not responsible for any unforeseen health issues or emergencies.
  
  
8. Health Issues During the Stay/Activities
• In case of any health issues during the stay/Activities, it is the responsibility of the participant to manage their own fitness and medical needs. If hospitalization or medical treatment is required, the participant must bear the costs directly with the center. YatraDham.Org is not responsible for any health-related incidents.
  
  
9. Prohibited Items and Behaviours
• The center does not permit non-vegetarian food, cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol, or any other substances that may cause harm or injury. Participants must refrain from bringing such items with them.
  
  
10. Property Damage
• If a participant damages any property belonging to the center or ashram, they will be required to pay a penalty as per the center's policy.
  
  
11. Cancellation and Modification Policy
• Cancellation or modification of bookings will be governed by the respective center's cancellation policy, which will be clearly mentioned on the booking page.
  
  
12. Limitations and Liability
• YatraDham.Org is responsible for providing the service that is booked by the user and mentioned on the webpage. If any extra facilities/services/packages the user used to buy need to pay charges at the center, as extra services / paid services are not included in the booked package/ service.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking will be treated as follows:

1. No refund if cancellation is effected within 2 days prior to check-in date.
2. A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is effected between 3 and 7 days prior to the check-in date.
3. A 75% refund will be issued if cancellation is effected between 7 and 15 days prior to the check-in date.
4. A 90% refund will be issued for all cancellation effected beyond 16 days.

• A 50% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 3 days before arrival.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment gateways.
• Failure to Pay: If the final payment is not received before arrival, the booking may be subject to cancellation, and the advance payment will be forfeited.
